Join our Distribution team and play a key role in improving data quality, governance, and analytics. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver solutions that enhance efficiency and support data-driven decision-making. What you’ll be doing: Developing data cleansing solutions using CRM platforms to improve accuracy and efficiency across Distribution Analysing data and creating visualisations to highlight key metrics, relationships, and performance indicators Delivering reports and analytics that provide insights for client-facing and business management teams Engaging with stakeholders to define target data structures and managing the transition to the agreed state Collaborating with Change and Technology teams to implement data governance processes Supporting the development of capabilities that enable data-driven insights for Distribution Monitoring data discipline and ensuring visibility of data quality across teams Considering client and customer outcomes in line with Consumer Duty commitments Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualisation and insight generation Ability to work collaboratively with client-facing colleagues and understand their needs Knowledge of investment concepts and distribution functions Familiarity with CRM platforms and data cleansing techniques Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines Commitment to putting client and customer interests at the centre of decision-making Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
