We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Client Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining client data in our database systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Input and manage client data into our database with precision and accuracy.
  • Verify and validate data to ensure it meets quality standards and is free from errors.
  • Update existing client records as necessary and ensure that all information is current and accurate.
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries from the data as requested by management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow and address any discrepancies.
  • Identify and report any issues or challenges with data entry processes and suggest improvements.
  • Provide exceptional support and service to clients as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry, administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in a client-facing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other data management software.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy (minimum [insert typing speed] WPM).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations and best practices is a plus.
Responsibilities

THE PAY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS:

75,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Syracuse, New York, US)
