As a Client Data Specialist within the Operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing and improving data collection and verification processes, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records before they are reviewed by the client-facing team. Your organizational skills will be crucial in managing multiple tasks and activities, while your proficiency in digital literacy will help you leverage software applications and digital platforms to enhance processes and client experience. Job responsibilities Collect, verify, and report client data to ensure records are accurate and compliant with AML and regulatory requirements. Prepare and review Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) and other compliance documentation, identifying and escalating potential issues. Respond to operational requests, adjustment reports, and partner correspondence with accuracy and timeliness, handling more complex cases as needed. Collaborate with team members to support and implement process improvements, sharing insights and best practices. Address service issues using advanced problem-solving and communication skills, escalating unresolved or complex matters appropriately. Demonstrate adaptability and initiative in managing assigned tasks, interim projects, and evolving business priorities. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration abilities across teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office and digital platforms for data management, analysis, and reporting. Dependable, proactive, and committed to delivering accurate, timely support and continuous improvement. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Interest in anti-money laundering, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and operational risk. Familiarity with mainframe and PC-based systems.
