Our client operates in a data-driven manner and relies on up-to-date customer terms and reliable master data. As a Data Maintenance Specialist (m/f/d) in a part-time or full-time position, your meticulous work will contribute to maintaining accurate business data and supporting system processes.

Your tasks:

• Review, maintenance and correction of customer terms and conditions with a focus on price and discount data
• Updating and monitoring relevant customer master data
• Review of changes made and performance of results checks in the system
• Independent processing of mass data changes and implementation of necessary adjustments.
• Creation and processing of credit notes

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by experience in a comparable field of activity
• Knowledge of handling master data, terms and conditions, billing issues or commercial processes is advantageous.
• Excellent MS Office skills and confident use of SAP
• Good English skills, both spoken and written.
• High accuracy, reliability and independent working methods
