JOB SUMMARY:

The Client Data & Reporting Specialist plays a vital role in managing, maintaining, and analyzing client data to produce accurate, insightful reports that support strategic and operational decision-making. This role collaborates across multiple departments to ensure data integrity, generate meaningful reports, support system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement in client services through data insights. The role also supports the Director of Consumers Services in ensuring high standards of reporting quality, automation, and system optimization.

REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Have demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, or database management.
• Possess strong skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and various CRM platforms (like Zoho or Salesforce).
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail along with excellent analytical thinking.
• Showcase strong organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
• Be capable of working collaboratively across teams while effectively handling multiple priorities.
• Hold a valid UAE Driving License.
• Bring experience in the UAE to the table, as it is essential.
