DESCRIPTION

Our client in the financial services industry, based in Downtown Vancouver is looking for a Client Database Administrator to join their team. This will be a 6-month contract role, with strong chance of extension.
This role is fully based in office.
Pay rate: Up to $27/hr

Responsibilities:

  • This role is responsible for overseeing a project which involves reaching out to clients and managing the entire client database process from start to finish.
  • Communicating with existing clients and assisting them with client update forms, answering any questions they may have and following up with them to obtain information when necessary
  • Create and monitor DocuSign envelopes sent to clients
  • Update and manage the portfolio management system as necessary
  • Work with Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Administrators to resolve any discrepancies in information
  • Delivering quality customer service and professional, accurate correspondence to clients.
  • Track and provide project progress updates
  • Other duties as required.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:

  • Previous administrative and client service experience
  • Experience in roles that require data collection and numerical database management.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a bonus
  • Professional with great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
  • Experience with MS Office suite, especially Excel
  • Polished and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
  • Excel VBA coding a bonus
  • Strong work ethic
