We’re looking for a customer-obsessed, solutions-driven leader who’s ready to own challenges, adapt quickly, and push the boundaries of service excellence. Responsibilities: Independently leads mid-size to large client delivery accounts Follows defined processes to ensure successful implementation, engaging with internal resources to ensure a smooth, cost effective and high-quality client experience. Takes ownership of client issues and ensures effective resolution. Effectively escalates delivery or other issues when appropriate. Establishes clear governance and communication channels with the client and Unisys delivery organizations to ensure alignment and mutual understanding of implementation processes and goals. Manages contract scope, conducting periodic (i.e., monthly) operational reviews with service delivery organizations and client. Participates in rigorous governance and SOX compliance audits. In partnership with the Client Executive, proactively communicates industry and company insights and opportunities to clients, looking for ways to enhance the company’s position and upsell aligned products and services. Monitors client / account financial health and recommends steps to remedy financial misses or anomalies. Develops and administers budgets, schedules and supports the Service Delivery organization to optimize the cost of delivery and service.
