We are looking for a Client Delivery Manager to lead the successful implementation and delivery of NYCE.LOGIC WMS solutions for our global clients. In this role, you will drive software implementations, ensuring that our clients achieve maximum value from our platform. From proof of concept to full-scale SaaS deployments, you will oversee projects of varying complexity.
As Client Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth execution of deliveries across development teams—both in-house and through global partners.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

You probably bring 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within a product-centric, agile environment. Experience with cloud-based software deliveries is highly advantageous. You should be comfortable taking a holistic view of the delivery and also have a strong commercial mindset and understanding of the business aspects of software deliveries. Experience as a service manager responsible for continuous delivery of maintenance, support, and enhancements will also help you in this position as maintaining the quality and service levels for existing products to the clients is an important aspect of this role.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of project management experience, delivering WMS or supply chain software solutions from inception to deployment.
  • Strong ability to manage client-facing projects with a focus on warehouse management and logistics solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills across technical, commercial, and interpersonal aspects.
  • Experience in Agile software delivery methodologies.
  • Background in professional services, consulting, or enterprise software implementation.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and warehouse operations.

  • Manage client expectations, relationships, and overall satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure successful delivery within budget, scope, and timeline..

  • Coordinate and align multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, collaborating with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Apply WMS best practices and methodologies, assessing risks in processes, people, and technology, and adjusting plans accordingly.
  • Lead and facilitate status meetings with teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Continuously drive improvements in ways of working through inspection, adaptation, and optimization.
  • Foster a collaborative, open, and transparent project environment.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement.
