MEET OUR TEAM:

As a Client Delivery Partner at Pegasystem, you will be at the heart of our client success story, playing a pivotal role in our consulting organization and client engagement model.
The Client Delivery Partner is accountable across the client engagement lifecycle, supporting the Sales org in closing ACV business, owning the professional Services Bookings target and delivering what has been sold, independent of who’s implementing - client, partner, or Pega consulting. In addition to ensuring new workflows and decisioning applications are deployed successfully, this role is also the eyes and ears for Pega on Client health.

Responsibilities
  • Transform the Client account by driving strategic growth and identifying new opportunities while partnering with Lead Account/Client Executive.
  • Lead enterprise-scale project delivery and transformation initiatives, taking accountability for ACV, renewals, and consulting bookings while proactively managing risks and issues
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs, client executives, and partners, serving as the key liaison between all stakeholders and regularly engaging with clients to understand their needs
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor to key Client Stakeholders, helping them design effective delivery strategies, governing execution, and ensuring they realize the full value of Pega’s solutions
  • Accelerate time to value by championing new ways of working, including blueprint, estimator app, constellation, and new platform capabilities
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between Pega teams, clients, and partners, serving as the connecting tissue that facilitates seamless delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement through sharing best practices, tracking performance metrics, identifying innovation opportunities, and owning the feedback loop between clients and engineering teams
