Description
The Opportunity: PureSpectrum is seeking a Client Development Director to join our APAC team based in Singapore and contribute to the existing momentum of PureSpectrum. With a focus on the South East Asia region, you will leverage your network and account prospecting skills to onboard high-value clients and drive aggressive growth. This role reports to the Managing Director, APAC. This is a hybrid role, requiring 4 days per week in the office Your Responsibilities: Plan, create, track, and execute large client acquisition strategies Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve quarterly and annual targets. Create and manage forecasts by market, client vertical, and product line. Become an expert in all aspects of PureSpectrum's offerings. Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with regional management, product, and marketing teams. Mentor and collaborate with regional and global development and account teams to enhance client interactions and best practices. Requirements: 8+ years of sales territory ownership experience in market research or equivalent industry. Strong understanding of market research in Asia, with key experience in Greater China, Southeast Asia, and North Asia. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/professional experience. Legally authorized to work in Singapore and do not require current or future sponsorship to maintain employment eligibility. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong follow-through and time management skills. Solid judgment and decision-making abilities. Strong analytical aptitude with great attention to detail. Expert usage of sales tracking software such as CRM and BI tools.
