TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BRING:

• A trade or technical qualification in mechanical or manufacturing engineering (preferred).
• Proven experience in technical client-facing roles, ideally in heavy industry.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, scopes, and customer requirements.
• Commercial awareness with a knack for shaping value-based outcomes.
• The confidence to work independently in the field while collaborating closely with the wider Berg team.
  Estimating experience is desirable, but what matters most is your ability to engage, influence, and bring clarity to complex client needs.
