Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with key clients to ensure trust and satisfaction.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify and understand client needs, providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and client feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as product, technology and operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to address concerns, share updates, and ensure alignment on goals.
  • Proposal Development & Upselling and Cross-Selling: Prepare and present business cases, proposals, contracts, and service agreements to clients, emphasizing value and benefits. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to enhance client portfolios.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in all client interactions.
