And we are looking for the right person to grow with us. The Role This is not a call centre job. As a Client Development Representative, you will be the first human voice our future clients hear. Not a script reader. Not a quota chaser. A real, curious professional who opens conversations that matter. Your job is to connect with supply chain managers, compliance leads, and senior decision-makers at pharmaceutical companies around the world. You will not be pushing products. You will be starting honest conversations, understanding their challenges, and creating space for our Account Executive team to take things forward. Think of yourself as the architect of first impressions. The quality of your conversations shapes the quality of our pipeline. What You Will Do Open Doors Make structured outbound calls (50+ per day) to prospects across the pharmaceutical sector, with quality and professionalism at the core of every interaction. Reach out through phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify and engage key decision-makers. Focus every conversation on understanding client needs rather than selling before it is relevant. Book introductory discovery meetings for the Account Executive team. Know Your Market Build a clear, detailed picture of target accounts: who they are, what they do, and what keeps them up at night. Map contacts across pharmaceutical manufacturers, CMOs, and distributors from supply chain managers all the way to the C-suite. Follow up on inbound leads generated through webinars, events, and marketing campaigns. Keep Things Clean Qualify leads against defined criteria and maintain an accurate, up to date pipeline. Log every outreach activity in Zoho CRM with precision: calls, emails, notes, next steps. Brief Account Executives clearly and concisely before every client meeting. Share weekly performance summaries and qualitative insights on market dynamics. What We Are Looking For You do not need to know everything about pharmaceutical supply chains on day one. We will teach you. What we cannot teach is curiosity, resilience, and the ability to hold a genuine conversation. You bring: 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or a comparable first contact role. Fluent, confident English in both spoken and written form. A second European language such as German, French, or Italian is a meaningful advantage. Comfort with high volume outreach and persistent but respectful follow-up. Strong listening skills: you ask the right questions and actually pay attention to the answers. A proactive approach: you identify what needs doing and get it done without waiting to be told. Experience with CRM systems and structured outreach workflows. This role is a great fit if you: Get genuinely excited about learning complex, unfamiliar subjects. What You Get Base salary: 6,000 PLN gross per month. OTE: up to 15,000 PLN gross per month, with performance based commission tied to qualified leads and meetings booked. Annual performance bonus. What Success Looks Like By the end of your first three months, you will have built a genuine working understanding of the pharmaceutical serialisation landscape. You will be hitting 50+ quality outbound calls per day. Your pipeline will be clean, your CRM records precise, and your briefings sharp. Most importantly, you will be the kind of first contact that prospects actually remember and respond to. That is the standard we hold. And that is what makes this team different.
