EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• 5+ years experience in media, operations, or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and operational leadership experience.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in people development.
• Deep understanding of operational processes, resource planning, and workflow management.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor talent, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• High level of commercial and business acumen, with experience in process optimisation and efficiency improvements.
