Description

The Role The Client Director will be responsible for the achievement of corporate budget and growth targets and servicing clients at a senior level. The primary duties include the following: * Implement and review client service delivery including holistic discussions on risk and retention strategies as well as multiple tier client contact for all qualifying accounts * Obtain formal client feedback annually for all qualifying accounts * Leverage best practice from across WTW to deploy within the team * Represent the voice of the client both internally and within the teams when decisions are made regarding process, approach and future strategy * Ensure that every client has an agreed service plan and that client advocates implement every aspect of the plan * Pro-actively meet the annual new business target * Involvement in selected new business exercises and major projects * Generation and participation in new business opportunities that contribute to the continued growth of the team * Maintain and develop a strong relationship with insurers * Apply WTW Client Service protocols and compliance procedures
