About your role:
We are looking for a dedicated Client Director with a strong business, marketing, and digital acumen. The main purpose of this role is to deliver value for our clients who are the front-runners in their field. As a key member of our agency, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering business growth and shaping innovative and strategic solutions that not only meet client needs but also align with our agency’s values.

Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Dive deep into clients’ businesses, understanding their challenges and objectives and translate them into innovative, strategic actionable solutions;
  • Manage a team of specialists that fosters excellent client service and value
  • Build mutually beneficial commercial relationships with our clients
  • Expand clients’ marketing capabilities and maximize ROMI
  • Maintain accurate client records and business forecast
  • Participate in new business activities and agency development

Who are you?

  • You have strong business, marketing and digital acumen;
  • You have a good all-round knowledge of the marketing industry and media landscape in Finland;
  • You have around 7-10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a media agency or other similar consultancy;
  • You have outstanding client leadership and organizational skills;
  • You have expertise in strategic media planning and customer experience;
  • You are a motivated problem solver who excels in making innovative and decisive actions, leading initiatives, and fostering collaboration within the team;
  • You speak and write fluently in Finnish and English, since these languages will be used in daily work.
  • You enjoy connecting with people. And obviously, you’re curious about learning about the client’s business.
