Key leadership role within the Global & Corporate business Lead talent development and drive growth within the Health, Aged Care and Community Services sectors Opportunity to manage and mentor a high performing team Client Director, Health, Aged Care and Community Services The Global & Corporate segment specialises in the provision of Aon client service delivery to large and complex clients, generally serving the top 500 public and private companies in Australia, including large government clients. This is an opportunity that has come about due to some changes in personnel, and the continued growth plans for these sectors. As a Client Director you will be accountable to maintain the growth of the portfolio and ensure retention and team leadership is maintained across the growing business. This role will be accountable to deliver sustained new business, retention of existing clients, and leadership stability across the team. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Australia offices. What the day will look like The individual will help grow the Health and Aged Care and Community Services sector.
