Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Client Director to drive strategic growth across ServiceNow’s largest existing accounts, with a particular focus on the Korean market. We’re looking for a proven Client Director with deep relationships across Korean conglomerate executive networks, and a strong track record in AI transformation and workflow AI solutions. What you get to do in this role: Provide strategic leadership and partnership to clients, serving as the relationship manager between your customers and ServiceNow Drive AI-led transformation initiatives, articulating the value of workflow AI and automation to senior stakeholders. Work with other ServiceNow teams to develop ServiceNow solutions based on each customer's strategic outcomes while leading large virtual teams Oversee growth of global accounts, including development and deployment of worldwide resources Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through assigned clients' organization, from project/IT teams to CxO level Develop a clear roadmap and building capabilities across our clients and ServiceNow teams to promote an outstanding customer experience Achieve financial targets across licenses, renewals, and professional services Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: 15+ years of enterprise client management experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Client Director or equivalent, managing multi-million-dollar sales engagements. Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. Demonstrated success in executive-level relationship management within Korean conglomerates. Proven ability to sell and consult on AI transformation, including workflow automation, AI-powered decision-making, and integration of AI into business processes. Strong understanding of IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, or IT Operations Management. Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of macro-level business IT needs.
