About the role Reporting to the Lead Client Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of small-to-medium projects and client driven initiatives. This includes planning, managing, coordinating and enabling the delivery of client-initiated, and MUFG Retirement Solutions (RS) business led product and project solutions. You will work closely with our clients, senior client stakeholders, internal delivery teams and executive forums to ensure outcomes are delivered effectively, commercially and in line with regulatory obligations. You will typically manage a portfolio of 20-40 initiatives across one or more client portfolios, supporting clients with change roadmaps and acting as a trusted partner through all stages of delivery. This role will be suitable for someone with Business Analysis experience who wants to move into managing small projects with external clients.   ****Permanent role | Open to Melbourne and Parramatta location ***    In this role you'll be accountable for:   Client & Strategic Enablement * Translate client strategic objectives into clear, high-quality project and product solutions * Act as a senior engagement point for clients across delivery, change and enablement activities * Represent MUFG RS business at client forums, steering committees and executive presentations * Promote MUFG RS business products and solutions aligned to client needs Delivery & Operational Management * Plan, coordinate and enable the delivery of multiple initiatives across one or more client portfolios. * Manage initiatives across the full delivery lifecycle, from concept and requirements gathering through to implementation and closure * Provide delivery assurance, issue resolution and escalation management across complex initiatives * Support solution design, estimation and financial validation in partnership with Project Management Office (PMO) and delivery teams * Work collaboratively with Product, Technology, Project Management Office (PMO) and Transformation teams to deliver outcomes * Ensure client requirements, contractual obligations and delivery methodologies are adhered to Governance, Risk & Compliance * Identify, manage and escalate delivery risks and issues appropriately * Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory obligations (including APRA, ASIC and SIS) * Maintain awareness of superannuation legislation and industry trends impacting clients People & Stakeholder Leadership * Act as a primary delivery contact for clients on assigned initiatives, managing strong trusted working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders * Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders and delivery teams to support seamless delivery * Contribute to continuous improvement across delivery processes and client experience Commercial Contribution * Prepare Client Requirement Documents (CRDs) and support initiatives through estimation and approval processes. * Support revenue growth through existing contracts and new product or service opportunities * Contribute to the development and management of a sustainable opportunity pipeline * Support prioritisation decisions across competing client and business initiatives   What you'll bring: * Minimum 5 years’ project methodology experience and experience within financial services industry * Essential Project and planning coordination - ability to plan and track multiple initiatives concurrently across competing priorities * Scope and requirements management - Ability to translate client and business needs into clear, actionable delivery requirements and manage scope boundaries * Client Relationship management - strong client-facing experience, including engagement with senior and executive stakeholders * Expectation management – clearly setting and managing client expectations across delivery timelines and outcomes * Commercial awareness – Understanding cost, effort and value implications of delivery decisions * Strong prioritisation and time management - proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and multiple stakeholders in parallel across delivery, technology and product teams * Strong written and verbal communication – concise, professional communication and presentation skills suitable for an array of audiences * Ability to influence – aligning cross-functional teams to delivery outcomes * Experience operating within a regulated environment * Attention to detail – ensuring accuracy across requirements, estimates, governance artefacts and reporting Desirable * Experience in financial services, superannuation or regulated industries Experience working with fund administration platforms or complex system integrations Prior exposure to product enablement or commercial pipeline management   Some of our Employment Benefits * Flexible and Hybrid Working – enabling our employees to work in the office and at home * Purchased Leave, Parental Leave, Volunteer Leave, Gender transition leave, Well-being leave * Employee Recognition Program - to recognise people who are demonstrating our values and Company purpose.  * Talent Referral Program * Salary Sacrificing via Superannuation * Employee Assistance Program * Learning & Development - Development at your fingertips via self-paced learning, including educational assistance support * Employee discounts – Access discounted rates and offers from a variety of providers including Bupa and Microsoft! * Novated Car Leasing   Culture at MUFG Pension & Market Services We are an inclusive employer whose people work collaboratively.
