Description:

As a Client Engagement Associate at LotusFlare, you will assist in day-to-day delivery of high-quality, complex execution of one or more digital projects while building a trusted relationship with the client. Your role is to oversee LotusFlare’s customers and enterprise software solutions, guiding the client and team members towards project executions and achieving overall project goals. You will make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of agile delivery, project performance, and work closely with client stakeholders to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; advanced degree or MBA is preferred
3+ years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, enterprise software, or startups
Deep expertise in industries such as mobile and fixed telecommunications, media and technology.
Functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy, project management, and product management.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills. Able to distill data and articulate the rationale for making difficult trade-offs.
Initiative taker, eager to break new ground, create opportunities for others, and a quick learner.
Comfort and experience with cross-organizational communication; excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Handle the assessment of business needs, requirement gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes and prioritize immediate business needs and recommend options, risks, and costs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional development teams to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for new projects, system enhancements, or process improvements.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives, status, and issues.
Document and present findings and recommendations to management concisely.
Work with various business and delivery teams ensuring good, solid, well written requirements that allow IT delivery teams to create solutions that align to the requirements.
Create and maintain requirements specification documents, use cases and process models.
Help business stakeholders prioritize and manage changing requirements.
Manage testing, production releases, and project handover to customer support and operational teams.
Support project management activities, ensuring issues are documented and addressed.
Be a part of a Global Delivery Team, share experiences and develop the project management discipline: simplify processes, methods, and tools with creative ideas.
