YOUR ROLE
As our Client Engagement Consultant, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable guide who assists individuals, families, and representatives through the onboarding process. You’ll help tailor supports, develop service quotes, and ensure our clients feel empowered, valued, and confident in choosing DLi.
You’ll collaborate with service delivery teams, engage with clients to understand their needs, and create seamless, person-centred support solutions. Your role is all about building relationships, ensuring a smooth transition into our services, and maintaining strong networks within the disability sector.
