(DHi) is seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator to manage communications, coordinate client interactions, and support service delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure clients receive timely updates and support program success. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Coordination Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests. Schedule meetings, track deliverables, and maintain documentation. Support onboarding and client training programs. Administrative Support Prepare reports, presentations, and client communications. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Assist leadership with process improvements. Reporting & Compliance Track client engagement metrics and generate reports. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, operations, and client services teams. Assist in improving client processes and communication workflows. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in client services, account support, or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage confidential client information responsibly. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting government contracting or defense clients. Familiarity with client engagement tools and processes.
