We are seeking a proven senior professional who understands the complexities of occupational health, has successfully worked within this specialist sector, and is ready to take ownership of relationships with some of the UK’s most recognised employers.
This role is all about strategic leadership, consultative client engagement, and business growth. You will be central to shaping the client journey, influencing service design, and delivering solutions that directly support workforce health, wellbeing, and productivity across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with new and existing clients, becoming a recognised partner in occupational health strategy.
  • Take full ownership of opportunities, from initial engagement through to close, ensuring solutions are tailored to the unique needs of each organisation.
  • Collaborate with operational teams and subject matter experts to design, refine, and deliver market-leading OH propositions.
  • Shape bid responses and proposals with a clear ‘win strategy,’ ensuring commercial and client objectives are aligned.
  • Confidently present solutions to senior stakeholders, handling negotiations, follow-ups, and queries with authority.
  • Lead on new business acquisition, upselling, and rebid activity, with accountability for revenue growth.
  • Play a central role in pricing strategy and the ongoing development of occupational health services.
