Our client, a forward-thinking agency, is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to be the primary liaison between the agency and clients. Ideal candidates will have 4–5 years of agency experience and a passion for client relations, creative strategy, and project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
• 4–5 years of experience in a client-facing role within an agency environment
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and digital media channels
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
• Proficiency in tools like Google Slides, Google Sheets, and project management platforms

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and relationships
• Understand client goals and translate them into strategic campaign plans
• Oversee campaign execution, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Manage multiple accounts while maintaining organization and efficiency
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business pitches
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop compelling concepts
• Present performance updates and campaign insights to clients
• Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
• Maintain adherence to internal processes, documentation, and agency best practices
