JOB SUMMARY

The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while supporting business growth initiatives. This role serves as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensures timely delivery of services, and partners with internal teams to meet client needs. The Client Engagement Manager also supports business development efforts by attending client meetings and industry events, assisting with proposals, and keeping client records and systems up to date.

Responsibilities

· Build and maintain strong relationships with local South Carolina clients.
· Serve as the main point of contact with clients and MSPs to discuss job requirements.
· Represent the company at industry conferences and client events to strengthen existing partnerships and connect with potential clients.
· Support the RFP team by gathering necessary company, client, or employee information.
· Work closely with recruiting managers on open-req requirements and statuses
· Generate recruitment reports in JobDiva to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of hiring efforts
· Speak with and submit candidates to the appropriate client portals.
· Follow up with submitted candidates to provide timely updates.
· Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
· Attend interviews when permitted and take detailed notes to share with the team.
· Attend client/MSP calls and relay key information to the team.
· Keep client records and documentation current in the ATS and internal systems.
· Manage synchronization between the ATS and job portals.
· Troubleshoot and resolve ATS or client portal access issues.
· Prepare client and internal reports as required.
· Assist in creating and editing PowerPoint presentations.
· Register the company in new prospective client portals.
· Maintain and update company registrations in prospective client portals.
· Follow up with clients on pending or overdue payments.
