BASIC REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Experience in account management, client success, or other client-facing roles
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in capital markets, finance, investor relations or relevant field
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and the motivation to learn new applications (experience with Microsoft Teams, OneNote, Salesforce, Jira, or Pendo is a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an outstanding customer service orientation
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • The ability to work well both independently and within a team
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced environment, handle high-pressure situations, and manage deadlines appropriately.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:

The Client Engagement Manager (CEM) is tasked with managing strategic client relations by understanding their book of business, upstream/downstream integrations, and growth strategy. CEMs function as a customer’s senior contact and work across multiple WSO Services and Software offerings by soliciting customer feedback and enacting remediation plans to resolve issues.

Providing outstanding phone and email support for corporate clients

  • Maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting S&P Global’ s Lending Solutions business, hosting regular virtual & in-person meetings.
  • Providing clients, both internal and external, with timely assistance to resolve strategic issues requiring remediation.
  • Partner with the Client Support Specialist Team and provide insight to resolve ticketing issues and escalations.
  • Liaising with product teams regarding bugs and forthcoming enhancements, and soliciting feedback from clients to ensure seamless support and ongoing innovation.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver marketing pieces and updating knowledge base tools
  • Present KPIs, roadmaps and host steercos.
  • Record, organize and disseminate notes from customer interactions to the broader organization via Salesforce.
  • Track and update metrics for customer sentiment, satisfaction, RAG status and probability of loss following customer meetings.
