Responsibilities
  • Engage with residential customers and deliver clear, engaging marketing messages
  • Understand customer needs and match them with the right products or service offerings
  • Track customer feedback and campaign results to help improve messaging and overall marketing performance
  • Work closely with team leads to fine-tune messaging and outreach strategies
  • Help develop and evolve the customer journey across touchpoints
  • Show empathy and patience with eligible community members to enhance their experience and pinpoint their specific service needs
  • Attend training seminars with the entry-level team and learn from senior team members to become an expert in developing relationships that will last a lifetime for our clientele
