THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a visionary and commercially driven Client Engagement to lead our flagship loyalty programme – the Chairman’s Club to service our current database and attract new customers, designed exclusively for Ultra-High-Net-Worth Clients (UHNWCs).
This is a strategic leadership role focused on elevating client engagement, driving revenue growth, offering exemplary service and delivering a world-class luxury experience. You will be the face of the Chairman’s Club, building trusted relationships with elite clients, collaborating with our internal team of top-performing Sales Consultants, liaising with luxury suppliers and curating exclusive experiences that set Elegant Resorts apart in the ultra-luxury travel space.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Serve as the primary contact for UHNW clients, fostering long-term, trusted relationships.
  • Anticipate and respond to individual client preferences with tailored, seamless service.
  • Represent Elegant Resorts at luxury events and experiences, both domestically and internationally.
  • Deliver moments of surprise and delight that exceed client expectations.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Proven background in luxury travel, sales leadership ideally within a fast based contact centre enviroment, or high-end client services.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
  • Deep understanding of UHNW client expectations and luxury travel trends.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
