Job Description We’re looking for a high-energy Client Engagement Associate ready to support conversations with some of the most prominent Portfolio Managers and Analysts in the US Credit market. You’ll be embedded in the day-to-day workflows of our clients, helping them leverage Third Bridge’s expert call and transcript services to make better, faster investment decisions. This role blends relationship building, project management, and deep curiosity for how Credit investors operate. 🚀 What You’ll Do Plan and support virtual + in-person meetings with stakeholders ranging from Associate to Portfolio Manager Create quarterly engagement plans: user targeting, sector priorities, feedback tracking Proactively source expert project opportunities based on client research priorities Collaborate with Account & Project Managers to drive client retention and revenue Learn the language, cadence, and decision-making of Credit investors Travel frequently to support in-person meetings, events, and roadshows (up to 50%) Qualifications 🧠 Who You Are Curious about markets, fixed income, and how investment teams actually work Comfortable speaking to analysts and senior PMs alike Ready to support a fast-paced, strategic client book with a senior partner Highly organized, commercially driven, and persistent in follow-up Energized by travel, meetings, and juggling multiple stakeholders Willingness to travel and frequently entertain clients outside work hours (e.g., dinners, events) 📈 What Success Looks Like You consistently and creatively engage top accounts with a mix of meetings, calls, and emails You help track upcoming renewals and collect feedback to support retention You identify new client’s investment research project opportunities and help bring them to life You stay close to the Credit market, tracking CLOs, BDCs, Loans, and Bonds to stay relevant You bring energy, rigor, and curiosity to your work every day Additional Information We truly care about our people so in return for your work, you’ll get: Salary: $65,000-70,000 basic dependent on experience + get rewarded for your success with our commission scheme.
