We seek enthusiastic, results-driven individuals for Client Enrollment Representative roles. Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CLIENT ENROLLMENT REPRESENTATIVE INCLUDE:

  • Build and develop client relationships in a competitive environment
  • Advise and sell the most appropriate solutions for each client that will meet their specific needs and drive sales margins
  • Provide effective solutions for customers, including recommendations on products and services that meet their needs
  • Follow client-specific guidelines and industry standards to build confidence and trust with customers and clients
  • Our Client Enrollment Representatives will participate in weekly meetings to track progress toward sales goals, review performance, and ensure compliance with Client standards and industry guidelines
  • Support the company’s growth ambitions by playing a vital role in driving sales and developing new business relationships in telecommunications

REQUIREMENTS OF THE CLIENT ENROLLMENT REPRESENTATIVE ROLE:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to apply
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Brand Management, Communications, or other related field is preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, telecommunications, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing positions
  • Must have the desire to expand your knowledge in the telecommunications field
  • Must be able to maintain a positive attitude when faced with rejection
  • An outgoing, charismatic, and solution-minded individual who can work well as part of a team
