As a Client Enrollment Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales and customer acquisition efforts, acting as the face of our company. Your goal is to drive conversions, exceed sales targets, and ensure a positive, personalized customer experience throughout the sales process. QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CLIENT ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST:

  • An upper-level education/coursework is highly desired; if not, applicable real-world experience is required
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • A strong desire to build a career in sales, customer acquisition, or business development
  • Previous sales experience (retail, direct, customer-facing, Enrollment, etc.) is a plus
  • An ambitious personality and results-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals and meeting quotas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
  • Reliable transportation to and from our local office location
  • Available to work Monday - Saturday, evenings, and weekends as needed
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $800.00-$1,200.00 per week

Responsibilities
  • Conduct personalized sales presentations to promote Rogers Telecommunications products and services
  • Build client loyalty through consistent follow-ups, upselling, and resolving customer needs effectively
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
  • Work closely with the sales team and other Client Enrollment Specialists to develop and improve sales strategies and ways to ensure a seamless experience for our clients
  • Actively participate in weekly meetings and trainings with Senior team members and other Client Enrollment Specialists to grow sales and leadership skills
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, offering personalized solutions
  • Record all customer and client interactions and sales transactions to accurately track sales performance and client retention
  • Stay informed on the latest products, promotions, and services to effectively assist clients and boost sales opportunities
