The Client Executive will service and grow a portfolio of existing clients, support with execution of new business strategies and will be a key part of business growth projects and implementation. What the day will look like End to end account management of an existing portfolio of Commercial clients Servicing, sales and client administration responsibilities for your portfolio Build strong relationship with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders Proactively engage with clients around their risks and insurance policies Respond to day-to-day queries from clients including management of claims Process renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currencies, invoicing Skills and experience that will lead to success: Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Outstanding communication Attention to detail Thrives in a learning & growth environment Tier 1 Qualification (Insurance Broking) Basic insurance technical skills (highly regarded) How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
