Client Executive | HIAIS Do you have the drive, focus and ambition to learn? We have exciting opportunities for customer focused and relationship driven insurance professionals to join our team. We have two opportunities available – one within our SME team and another within our major builder team. These are perfect roles for someone who is looking to grow their insurance career in a challenging, fast paced and collaborative environment. What the day will look like Building strong rapport via phone and email with each client through listening to their ongoing insurance or risk needs and wants. Asking thorough questions about each client’s requirements and providing suitable education on additional HIAIS products and services to create sales opportunities. Regularly collaborating with the Client Manager and other colleagues regarding client strategy, business development targets and engagement in various industry events. Responsible for Credit control of client invoicing i.e. debt management, payment enquiries and settlements. Liaise with clients, underwriters around various risks and policies. Skills and experience that will lead to success This position will suit someone with the following experience: Essential: Tier 1 broking qualification Proven experience in building strong relationships through servicing clients. Comfortable using various online platforms and managing a CRM. Ability to multi-task and complete various complexity of tasks efficiently. Ability to complete work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in General Business Insurance or Broking – highly regarded.
