Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated Client Executive to play a key role in supporting multi-market media campaigns for a major automotive client across Europe. This position offers a unique opportunity for someone who is eager to build a strong career in the media industry. You will work closely with senior client leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that reach audiences across borders, while also gaining exposure to a dynamic and fast-evolving sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Client Director in managing day-to-day communications and coordination with client stakeholders across multiple European markets.
• Ensure smooth delivery of campaign activities by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and reporting between internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in preparing client-facing presentations, detailed performance reports, and strategic planning documents.
• Track and monitor campaign performance, proactively flagging areas for optimization and improvement.
• Contribute to financial processes by helping manage budgets, invoices, reconciliations, and administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Conduct research to stay up to date on media trends, competitor activity, and industry innovations, bringing fresh perspectives to the team.
• Act as a reliable team player who supports cross-market collaboration and ensures smooth project flow.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 years of experience in media, advertising, or marketing, gained either on the agency or client side.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with internal teams and clients.
• A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, paired with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.
• Familiarity with offline and online media planning, activation, and optimization, with the curiosity to expand your expertise further.
• Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are highly valued.
