The Role: This position will be in charge of customer services delivery to assigned clients and contribute to the achievement of the team’s target. Responsibilities: * Follow and ensure services delivery following H&B APAC Target Operating Model standard process. * Manage and allocate resources and workflow and deliver profitability * Be the client relationship manager for key accounts * Be responsible for day-to-day client interaction and follow ups to support the client relationship and ensure a smooth client journey during and beyond the placement cycle. * Work closely with Client Relationships Director to resolve issues specific to the area of focus and identify opportunities for increasing the value of the service to clients. * Establish an environment that promotes WTW Values and adheres to the Policies and Guidelines * Other tasks assigned by the Company
