Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a personable and friendly professional to join the People and Culture team. This Assistant role will report to the
Payroll and Benefits Manager and will work with the People Business Partnering team, supporting all areas of the business.
This colleague will enjoy working in a fast paced and evolving environment and will have the ability to confidently communicate, be well organised and good with data.
Our People and Culture agenda is directly linked to business growth and helping to build a company we are proud to tell our friends and family about. This person will help to embed and promote our ‘people first’ culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Full payroll and benefits administration support on processes including but not limited to:
Payroll checking and supporting the monthly payroll for c. 800 colleagues in the UK
Will support the build out of international payroll systems and processes
Support with annual remuneration reviews and annual payroll reporting
Responding to general payroll and benefits enquiries from colleague
Supporting necessary admin and management of HR portal (updating employee files, amending records)
Supporting benefits renewals, internal promotion and internal communication of benefits
Supporting People Business Partnering team with ad-hoc tasks
