Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our MBAR team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement. Client Executive We will count on you to: Consulting clients on service requirements, insurers needs and carriers. Gain subject matter expertise in specific risk exposures. Advise smaller clients on risk management. Participate in internal strategy meetings. Prepares proposal components for review by senior colleagues. Maintain ongoing relationship with clients and team colleagues What you need to have: Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any field 1 to 3 years of experience in insurance brokerage or a related field. Adequate knowledge of insurance products, services, and industry regulations Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Operational Excellence: Ensure all managed accounts are in good standing, addressing escalated issues promptly to maintain operational excellence and client satisfaction. Placement Knowledge: Demonstrate fundamental and technical knowledge of placement processes to support effective account management.
