ABOUT THE ROLE: CLIENT EXPERIENCE AMBASSADOR

This is more than an administrative position—it’s a senior-level opportunity to support clinic operations while driving projects and taking ownership of key tasks. Working closely with the Clinic Manager, you’ll oversee bookings, client interactions, contracts, and other administrative functions. If you’re organized, proactive, and eager to grow, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

  • Serve as a key partner to the Clinic Manager, taking ownership of operational tasks and spearheading projects to enhance clinic performance.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by ensuring all interactions are professional, respectful, and client-focused, while upholding strict privacy and confidentiality standards.
  • Manage scheduling with precision, effectively balancing client needs, clinician availability, and treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
  • Handle third-party billing with accuracy, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of funding policies (e.g., ICBC, WSBC).
  • Oversee and streamline administrative processes, including contract management, payment processing, and accounts receivable.
  • Lead initiatives and projects aimed at improving efficiency and client satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of the clinic.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with operational protocols.
