Are you passionate about building relationships, creating engaging client experiences, and driving growth? We’re looking for an energetic and creative Client Experience & Marketing Rep to join our team at SCC in a marketing development role. You’ll take the lead in enhancing client engagement and helping us expand our reach in the community.

Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building External Relationships:
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses to foster collaboration and co-host health talks, spinal screenings, and posture check events.
  • Represent SCC at corporate health days to promote our services and generate leads for new clients.
  • Be the face of SCC in the community, identifying opportunities to engage with organizations that align with our mission.
  • Reactivating Old Clients:
  • Create tailored campaigns to reconnect with past clients, reigniting their interest in prioritizing their health.
  • Develop creative strategies to remind clients of the benefits of chiropractic care and encourage them to return to treatment.
  • Nurturing Active Clients:
  • Build a loyalty program or client club that fosters a strong bond with our active clients.
  • Plan events, workshops, or exclusive perks to keep clients engaged and motivated.
  • Ensure clients feel valued through personalised communication and check-ins.

WHAT YOU’LL ALSO BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Lead Generation Expertise: Innovate and implement strategies to bring in new clients and ensure a steady stream of referrals.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with our SM manager & the team to produce engaging social media content, newsletters, and promotions that highlight SCC’s values and services.
  • Client Feedback Management: Regularly collect feedback from clients and implement changes to enhance their experience.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the success of marketing campaigns and client retention strategies to ensure goals are met.
