The Role

This role is the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and accurate support across our superannuation and managed investment products on the Praemium platform.

You'll be responsible for responding to client enquiries via phone, live chat and email, resolving issues in line with service level agreements and in collaboration with internal teams.

Through a proactive and client-first approach, you'll deliver a positive client experience.

We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, solution/team focused, and wants to add to the great team culture we've built.

Key Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will provide support for our managed accounts and platform solutions, assisting with a range of queries, for example:

  • How does the advice-based super product work and who can access it?
  • How is a new super account/application initiated through the adviser network?
  • Platform access and navigation queries.
  • Investment account, portfolio or model-related questions.
  • Cash account balances and investment transactions.
  • Buy/sell orders, rebalances and investment instructions.
  • Fees or transactions appearing on the platform.
  • Status of platform-related requests.
  • Adviser or dealer-group access.

Culture & Benefits Include

  • Hybrid working (home 3 days, office 2 days).
  • Competitive salary with annual performance bonus.
  • Great office location on 367 Collins Street.
  • Career development progression pathways.
  • Professional development plans and stretch opportunities.
  • Monthly social events, team lunches and annual celebrations.
  • Access to health & wellbeing programs.
  • Employee recognition programs (peer awards, monthly and annual recognition).

Employer questions

Your application will include the following questions:

  • Please indicate your Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident, or visa type)
  • Are you currently based in Melbourne?
  • What is your minimum base salary expectation for this role?
  • Do you hold an RG146 or have equivalent knowledge? We would love to hear a bit more below
  • Do you have previous experience working with or aligned to financial advisers? We would love to hear a bit more below
  • Do you have working experience with Managed Accounts? (not essential for the role, but would love to hear more if you have).
