Job Description Working in colaboration with the sales team and under the authority of the AP House Director, the Client Experience Coordiantor oversees the Hospitaity for the house and all the topics linked to Client Experience. In charge of the comunication with clients for the AP House. Managing daily schedule shipments of gifts and bithday presents. Level- up the quality of service in the AP House by reaching the Hospitality´s standard define by AP HQ Defining an F&B offer for daily activity and event activation offer. Taking care of daily activation of the AP House as flowers, fragance and other amenities. Following the corresponding Budget Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate who brings a strong client-centric mindset, excellent interpersonal skills and passion for delivering outstanding luxury experience. 3 + years experience in hospitality reservations or a similar preferred. Strong motivational skills. Excellent written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus. Excellent Customer Care and teamwork skills Ability to handle a complex, multifaceted role under preassure. Additional Information Competitive salary.
