In this role, you will assist individuals and families in organizing their vacations by coordinating reservations, managing timelines, and ensuring all itinerary details are clearly documented and easy to follow. Your focus will be on creating a positive and organized planning experience through strong communication and attention to detail. As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will help organize accommodations, transportation, and activities while ensuring that all components of each plan are aligned. Many vacations involve multiple moving parts, so maintaining organization and accuracy is essential. You will assist with confirming reservations, maintaining documentation, and ensuring clients have clear and reliable information. You will also help maintain a strong client experience by providing timely updates and organized planning support. This position is fully remote and ideal for individuals who enjoy supporting clients and creating structured, positive planning experiences.
