Description SHARPE, a dealership of premium automotive brands including BMW, MINI, and Land Rover is seeking a full-time Client Experience Coordinator to join our service team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and enjoys creating exceptional customer experiences. As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will help ensure a seamless service visit from arrival to departure while delivering the professional, white-glove hospitality our clients expect. What You’ll Do: Deliver a Premium Guest Experience Welcome and assist guests immediately upon arrival in the service drive Create a warm, professional, and polished first impression Escort guests to their Service Advisor or lounge area to ensure a seamless experience Help maintain smooth traffic flow throughout the service lane Support Service Operations Perform vehicle walk-around inspections using photos and video documentation Record vehicle condition, tire tread depth, and visible maintenance concerns Assist with loaner vehicle check-in/check-out processes when needed Help coordinate shuttle logistics and communicate accurate wait times Assist Clients with Technology Help clients download and use manufacturer mobile apps Assist guests with Bluetooth pairing and smartphone connectivity Serve as a resource for basic vehicle technology support Work as Part of a Team Collaborate closely with fellow Client Experience Coordinators and Service Advisors Support teammates during high-volume periods Maintain strong communication to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Management Team What You Bring Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and technology Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Hospitality, restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred Automotive experience is helpful but not required Why Join SHARPE?
