POSITION SUMMARY: The Client Experience Coordinator (CEC) is responsible for supporting the daily facilitation of The Treatment Skin Boutique’s elevated client experience. The CEC is a detail-oriented team member who helps maintain operational flow and contributes to a welcoming, organized, and professional environment for clients and team members alike. This role requires a strong interest in hospitality and client experience within a fast-paced team environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, collaborative, and committed to supporting a high standard of service and operational consistency.   Claremont: 2 FT, 1 PT Redlands: 1 FT ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Ensure a high level of client experience and satisfaction throughout each stage of the client visit. * Manage appointment scheduling and optimization utilizing company scheduling software. * Build and maintain professional, trusting relationships with clients. * Maintain clean and visually presentable retail and back-of-house areas. * Provide clients with knowledgeable guidance regarding treatments, services, and boutique offerings. * Support Esthetician staff with laundry rotation and operational support tasks, as needed. * Take ownership of client interactions to help ensure a positive and professional experience. * Support day-to-day boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures. * Assist with inventory coordination to help ensure non-medical supplies, office materials, and retail products remain stocked and organized during opening, downtime, and closing. * Provide operational support across locations, as needed. * Maintain attentiveness to day-to-day operational needs to help ensure the boutique remains prepared to support client services. * Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment throughout the boutique. * Identify and communicate operational improvement opportunities to leadership. * Perform additional duties as assigned to support boutique operations and client experience initiatives. PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong customer service and client support skills * Ability to multitask without losing sight of client experience * Experience in an elevated retail, hospitality, or service environment * Strong organizational skills with the ability to support multiple operational priorities * Demonstrates adaptability and a willingness to learn * Ability to operate business software and scheduling systems * Proactive decision-making and problem-solving skills * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Ability to contribute positively to a collaborative team environment * Professional, proactive, and engaged approach to work * Available to work flexible shifts or weekends, as needed WORK ENVIRONMENT PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Prolonged standing and walking * Possible bending, reaching, and occasional lifting of supplies or products * Repetitive hand movement with use of clinical equipment and sharps * Consistent computer and screen usage * Occasional travel between locations HOW TO APPLY Send us your resume.
