You have solid experience in CRM, with luxury retail experience would be a plus. You act to guarantee that work is realized on time and at expected quality. What are we expecting from you? You will be responsible for: Coordinate with regional and HQ team on client treatment requests and needs (events and retail HJ counterparts). Prepare 1 to 1 treatment around the HJ event in collaboration with the client treatment agency and partners. Coordinate the local treatment planning in collaboration with local counterparts. Prepare and coordinate the local client animations with event team including Client list extractions, tools and assets consolidation, communications, and RSVP coordination. Support boutiques in designing and implementing 1 to 1 treatment in boutique. Ensure the right application of gifting guidelines, escalate local needs, coordinate orders. More than a role….
