Description
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Experience Manager to support our planning team and ensure a seamless, elevated experience for our couples as they approach their wedding day. This role is responsible for managing the final stages of the planning process, creating detailed timelines, leading final details calls, and maintaining clear, consistent communication across a high volume of clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and brings a strong customer service mindset to every interaction. You will work closely with coordinators, clients, and vendor teams to ensure every event is set up for success. Key Responsibilities Create and finalize detailed wedding day timelines for all assigned clients Lead final details calls with couples, ensuring all logistics are confirmed and clearly documented Manage communication with approximately 60 clients per month Ensure all event details are accurate, organized, and communicated to vendors and internal teams Provide a high-touch, responsive client experience during the final planning phase Collaborate with planning and operations teams to ensure seamless execution Proactively identify gaps or issues and resolve them ahead of event day Qualifications 3–5 years of wedding planning or event venue experience (lead planner or equivalent role) Strong customer service and client communication skills required Exceptional organization and attention to detail Ability to manage a high volume of clients and deadlines simultaneously Experience creating timelines and managing event logistics Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think proactively Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Compensation & Benefits Salary: $52,000 401(k) match Health insurance stipend Paid Time Off (PTO)
