Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for customers - answering calls, emails, and greeting visitors with professionalism and care
  • Support management and team members with administrative tasks and scheduling
  • Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely communication with customers and vendors
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and internal reporting
  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment
  • Help with HR and accounting support (e.g., onboarding paperwork, invoice tracking)
  • Order supplies and manage office inventory
  • Collaborate with the shop team to ensure smooth daily operations
