We blend craftsmanship, sincerity, and technology to create a personalized experience for every client. Most of our business is online, but we also have a private, appointment-based sales office in Tanjong Pagar where we meet customers for consultations and product viewings.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a warm, detail-oriented Client Experience & Operations Associate to join our Singapore team. You will be the friendly face that welcomes clients during consultations and the meticulous hand ensuring every piece meets our standards before it reaches the customer. This is a unique role combining premium client service with hands-on operational support .

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Welcome clients for appointment-based consultations and guide them through design and customization options.
  • Assist customers in selecting diamonds, metals, and styles that fit their needs and budget.
  • Handle order processing, perform quality control checks, and prepare items for delivery.
  • Support operational tasks, including coordinating sales campaigns, events, and follow-up communications.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, showroom preparation, and WhatsApp/email inquiries.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure every client enjoys a smooth, sincerity-driven experience.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE

  • Education : No strict degree requirement — Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Retail Management, or similar fields is a plus.
  • EXPERIENCE :Preferred: 1–3 years in retail, luxury, hospitality, or customer service.Entry-level candidates welcome if they have strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • SKILLS :People skills & empathy.Attention to detail (especially for QC).Ability to multitask across sales and operations.Comfortable with tech (WhatsApp Business, email, spreadsheets, POS).
  • PERSONALITY FIT :Warm and sincere, not pushy in sales.Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently.Comfortable in a smaller, appointment-based work environment.
