Role Overview We are expanding our virtual team and looking for individuals who enjoy supporting clients and coordinating travel arrangements to help deliver smooth, well-planned vacation experiences. As a Client Experience Travel Specialist, you will work with travelers to understand their preferences, organize trip components, and guide them through the planning process from initial request through confirmed booking. This role is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy service-based work, communication, and managing detailed planning tasks in a remote environment. You'll be involved in a variety of travel experiences including leisure getaways, cruises, resort stays, and international trips. Full training and ongoing support are provided. Core Responsibilities Assist clients in arranging travel plans such as hotels, airfare, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities Interpret traveler needs to help identify suitable destination options and experiences Offer guidance and recommendations to support confident travel decisions Communicate with clients through email, phone, messaging tools, and online platforms Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and updates with travel suppliers Maintain accurate and organized client profiles and itinerary records Monitor travel updates, supplier offers, and destination information Support clients throughout the full planning and booking lifecycle What We're Looking For Interest in travel coordination and client service roles Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to stay organized while managing multiple requests Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online systems Must be at least 18 years old Must reside in the US, UK, Mexico, Spain, Australia, and other approved regions What We Offer Flexible remote schedule with work-from-home convenience Structured onboarding and continuous mentorship Access to professional travel booking platforms and supplier networks Travel-related incentives and industry perks Opportunities for advancement into higher-level advisory or coordination roles
