• Visiting job sites and conducting thorough walkthroughs with clients or contractors
• Creating detailed, accurate takeoffs and estimates for high-end residential and select commercial work
• Writing proposals that reflect clarity, professionalism, and trust
• Managing your pipeline and follow-ups in our CRM (we’ll train you)
• Coordinating with our production team to ensure smooth transitions from sale to execution
• Acting as a knowledgeable, reassuring point of contact for clients throughout the pre-production process
